What is the company's new name?

"Channelinsight — a Business Unit of InfoNow." For marketing purposes, however, you may see us referred to as "Channelinsight."


Why are you changing it?

As market dynamics change, so does InfoNow, and the new business unit name "Channelinsight" more accurately reflects our evolution and mission, which is making channel sales as productive as direct sales. We offer the only complete channel sales management solution in the cloud, providing technology manufacturers with visibility into every partner and every end-customer in every transaction in real-time and allowing them to gain the insight necessary to drive sales and optimize inventory.


What does this mean for your customers?

It will have no impact on the services our company provides to our clients. However, it will allow our customers to identify us with a name more closely aligned to the core service that we provide to them.


Should payments now be made payable to Channelinsight instead of InfoNow?

No. Please continue to remit payments to InfoNow at the same address.


How does the rebranding affect current shareholders?

The rebranding of the company from InfoNow to Channelinsight should not have any effect on current shareholders. The company's official corporate name is not changing, nor is it's ticker symbol.


Do I as a client need to do anything?

No. We do not anticipate that any of our clients will be required to do anything in connection with our name change.


Will this change affect existing contracts?

No. We do not anticipate that this will have an impact on any contracts.


Have you legally changed your name?

No. We are establishing a business unit to better align with a core line of business: "Channelinsight — a Business Unit of InfoNow."


Will contact information for individuals at Channelinsight change?

All office telephone and fax numbers will remain the same. Channelinsight's corporate telephone number will remain (303) 293-0212 and our fax number will remain (303) 293-0213. Emails sent to "infonow.com" email addresses will continue to be received, however you will see your contacts from Channelinsight using the channelinsight.com address, so please update your contacts.


Do you have a new website address?

Our URL address will change to http://www.channelinsight.com, and the content on the site reflects the name change. Current customers with InfoNow's login (http://www.infonow.com) will continue to operate as usual under the InfoNow protocol.
