Channelinsight Lead to Ship™ Opportunity Management for the Channel for Salesforce processes your sales data, including direct and indirect data, to cleanse partner and end-customer name and address information using our patented technology and the Channelinsight Directory.
Channelinsight Lead to Ship automatically correlates an opportunity with a shipment, closing the sales loop. As sales data is reported, your sales rep's dashboard is automatically updated. If indirect sales data appears in the system for which there is no opportunity, you can create an opportunity to link to the indirect sales data or simply have the data match to an account, allowing you to efficiently track all your sales, whether an opportunity exists or not. We also identify exceptions that you can handle by linking shipments with an opportunity through our exception handling tool. An additional benefit is that you can set workflow definitions in Salesforce to track shipments, allowing the opportunity to close automatically.
If an account does not exist in Salesforce, then we will track sales using our Channelinsight ID and give you full visibility into new, growing, unmanaged customers and partners, enabling you to actively manage these customers and partners. Additionally, you can use Chatter to send real-time feeds directly to your sales rep's desktop or favorite mobile device, ensuring rapid delivery of critical updates. With the automated closed loop Lead to Ship functionality provided by Channelinsight for Salesforce, your team will spend more time selling and less time tracking sales.
